Any media including photos, video and personal data are kept securely and protected against unauthorised access. We maintain and archive copies of footage and photos of out clients work. This is for future use if changes or additions are needed on your films. However, if you wish for content to be erased after our contract ends, please inform us and copies will be disposed of correctly and securely.

SubMotion Productions Ltd do not sell, forward or share your information. If by law we need to share your information, we would adhere to the law, similarly, should you break our terms and conditions. When working with sub-contractors to complete your contract, information may be shared with such business to provide the service needed to you. 

 

Filming and Photography:

 

The capture of film or video is governed under the Data Protection Act 1998. Where film or photography takes place, SubMotion Productions will obtain a signed release form for the use of this content and the focused subject.

 

Media coverage (Film and Photography) in public areas or events:

 

Filming in public areas or a large group of people does not require the consent of people whose image is captured incidentally in the background. SubMotion Productions Ltd take steps to ensure suitable signage and verbal warning is given in the vaccinate of filming. Any persons not wishing to be included must ensure they make this know to a member of the team. 

 

Withdrawing your consent:

 

You can withdraw your consent from an image at any point. You would only need to write via letter or email to SubMotion Productions Ltd advising you wish to remove consent from the image. Once consent is withdrawn, SubMotions Productions Ltd cannot use the relevant images in futures, however it will not often be possible to recall the media channels in which their image has already appeared.
